What you'll do

• Learn to prepare, produce, and decorate Hispanic, contemporary, and traditional cakes and pastries
• learn to use bakery equipment such as mixers, spatulas, smoothers, and airbrushes
• operate equipment safely
• provide customer service
• clean, package products, and manage inventory
• suggest bakery products and services to customers
• follow food-handling, sanitation, health, and safety requirements.
