What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies according to site protocols
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• prepare reports and communicate observations and concerns to leadership and site contacts.
