Caregiver / Home Health Aide — Day Shift

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• provide companionship and emotional support
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• provide medication reminders but not administer medication unless authorized
• escort clients to appointments and errands
• monitor and report changes in condition
• document services
• and follow company policies, HIPAA requirements, and client care plans.
