What you'll do

• Prepare food using standard menus, recipes, production worksheets, and special-diet requirements
• monitor and record food and storage temperatures
• follow food-handling, infection-control, and sanitation procedures
• serve meals with appropriate portions and presentation
• clean kitchen areas and equipment
• assist staff with meal production and service
• ensure residents receive meals.
