Primary Care Physician — Senior-Focused Outpatient Care

The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a base salary of $221,141–$315,915 per year. Compensation also includes a quality-based performance plan; bonuses or commissions may be available. The physician-led organization provides value-based primary care for seniors on Medicare Advantage. This physician delivers hands-on, relationship-centered outpatient care to a panel of no more than 450 patients.
