Quality Warranty Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage customer concerns through portals, email, and phone
• monitor production processes for conformance
• submit customer portal information on failure modes and technical factors
• conduct capability studies and follow up on corrective actions
• collect and report quality data and trends
• lead corrective-action and quality meetings
• initiate scrap-reduction efforts
• train associates on quality procedure changes and inspection equipment
• interpret customer drawings and company standards
• analyze teardown findings and guide quality technicians, auditors, and inspectors
• travel to customer locations.

Why this role
