Crew Supervisor — Theater Operations

Job overview

The Crew Supervisor role is onsite in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and is part-time. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The supervisor assists Emagine Entertainment’s management team with daily theater operations and guest service. The role helps keep theater shifts running efficiently by supervising and training team members, supporting opening and closing tasks, and addressing guest concerns. It also contributes to safe operations, product quality, and the movie presentation experience.

What you'll do

• Assist with theater operations, opening and closing, nightly paperwork, and shift deposits
• supervise, train, motivate, and assign work to team members
• monitor breaks and applicable restrictions
• assist with projection duties
• maintain product quality, guest service, picture presentation, and guest safety
• support interviewing, orientation, performance reviews, and employee discipline
• respond to guest concerns
• manage concession inventory
• enforce food safety and sanitation
• assist with emergency, safety, security, and theater area responsibilities.
