Construction Procurement Manager

What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders for stores, remodels, capital projects, consultants, contractors, and owner-furnished items
• request and review vendor quotes
• confirm pricing and track orders
• coordinate delivery and installation schedules
• maintain project information in Procore and Ariba
• support project teams and vendors with Procore questions
• coordinate fixture and material needs, inventory, delivery, reverse logistics, and break/fix requests
• partner across internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
