Warehouse Operations Lead

The Warehouse Operations Lead role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. The warehouse supports Parker & Sons’ HVAC, plumbing, and electrical field operations. This hands-on working lead coordinates warehouse activity and inventory so materials and equipment are ready for field technicians. The role helps maintain accurate stock, safe handling, team productivity, and timely fulfillment to reduce material-related delays.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and participate in receiving, stocking, picking, staging, shipping, and distribution
• inspect and document incoming materials
• verify orders are ready for pickup or delivery
• operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
• maintain organized storage and workflows
• coordinate inventory counts and record transactions
• investigate discrepancies
• communicate shortages and damaged materials
• direct and train associates
• monitor work quality and safety
• support technicians and coordinate with Purchasing, Dispatch, and Operations.
