The Licensed Special Education Teacher – Grades 6–8 Autism Program role is onsite in Sterling, VA, for a 38-week assignment. Compensation is $45 per hour. The teacher supports a middle-school autism and special-education program. The role provides individualized instruction and behavioral support, implements student IEPs, monitors progress, and collaborates with families and school-based professionals to maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment.

What you'll do

• Provide specialized instruction to students in grades 6–8
• develop and implement lessons based on individual needs and IEP goals
• support students with autism spectrum disorder and varying developmental and academic needs
• implement behavior strategies
• monitor and document progress
• collaborate with school staff and families
• participate in IEP meetings
• and follow school policies, special-education regulations, and safety procedures.
