Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the specialist manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offer recommendations. The role partners with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines, represent the organization’s culture, and improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
• source candidates through outreach, job boards, networking, and social platforms
• conduct screens and interviews
• partner with hiring managers on staffing needs and sourcing strategies
• maintain candidate records in Paylocity
• track recruiting metrics
• administer candidate assessments
• support employer branding and hiring events
• conduct market research
• ensure recruiting compliance
• coordinate interviews and candidate travel when applicable
• partner with onboarding and HR colleagues.

Why this role

Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required; construction recruiting experience is strongly preferred. Occasional travel up to 20% may be required.
