What you'll do

• Train staff and enforce safety procedures
• oversee installation staff development
• ensure crews have a clear scope of work and proper equipment before dispatch
• conduct pre-installation inspections
• review and improve job plans
• identify underperforming jobs and re-plan work
• maintain expected quality
• create performance improvement plans for struggling crew members
• liaise between field operations and office functions.
