What you'll do

• Program, commission, test, and troubleshoot commercial fire alarm systems
• perform system startups and verify device operation and event sequences
• configure control panels, annunciators, network components, and peripheral devices
• diagnose programming and integration issues
• review plans and specifications
• coordinate with project managers, technicians, authorities having jurisdiction, and customers
• support field technicians
• complete documentation
• provide technical guidance when appropriate
• participate in after-hours support or on-call rotation as required.
