Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Exeter, NH, with full-time weekday hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.; every-other-weekend evening shifts are optional. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, based on experience, with applicable shift differentials. The PCA provides nonclinical daily support, companionship, and assistance with meals and the resident environment, while communicating needs and observed changes to certified nursing personnel.

What you'll do

• Support LNAs and nursing personnel with assigned nonclinical responsibilities
• deliver meals, fluids, and snacks
• set up and clean dining areas
• maintain an organized resident environment
• make beds and organize belongings
• stock clean linens and supplies and transport soiled items
• respond to call lights and communicate resident needs
• provide companionship and help residents access activities and daily supports
• promptly report concerns, refusals, or observed changes
• protect resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights.
