What you'll do

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on commercial kitchen and building systems
• diagnose, repair, install, and remove equipment
• meet or exceed service-level agreements and communicate status to operators
• service hot-side equipment, sealed refrigeration, specialty foodservice equipment, and base-building HVAC
• coordinate with manufacturers for technical support and parts
• maintain work orders, timekeeping, receipts, and truck inventory
• participate in on-call rotations for emergency after-hours support
• travel throughout the assigned local market.
