The School-Age Childcare Staff role is onsite in Lansdowne, PA, with morning care from 7:30–8:30 AM or aftercare from 2:45–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $11.75–$16.50 per hour. The staff member helps implement and evaluate daily classroom operations, planning activities that support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development. What you'll do

• Plan, implement, assess, and evaluate classroom operations using Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards and child needs
• offer developmentally appropriate activities and culturally diverse experiences
• maintain safe and healthy classroom and outdoor areas
• use positive guidance
• communicate with families about children’s growth and development
• include aides in program planning
• maintain attendance, screening, assessment, incident, and other records
• attend staff meetings and family events
• perform Group Supervisor duties in their absence.
