What you'll do

• Lead and develop Quality Engineers
• lead quality initiatives for customer programs, manufacturing, suppliers, and new product development
• guide containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and customer communication
• lead APQP quality activities, risk assessments, validation planning, and launch readiness reviews
• apply FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE, and Control Plans
• analyze quality metrics
• support audits, supplier improvement, training, compliance, and continuous improvement.
