What you'll do

• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and bills of materials
• maintain engineering documentation and revision control
• help develop wiring layouts and load calculations
• review work orders
• build and modify prototype harnesses and assemblies
• install and integrate vehicle electrical systems
• troubleshoot production wiring issues
• test electrical systems and document results
• diagnose and repair faults
• support root-cause analysis, compliance checks, audits, certification testing, and quality inspections
• identify design and manufacturing improvements
• help develop work instructions and train production staff.
