What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with hygiene, dressing, grooming, and oral care
• support nutrition and fluid intake
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and elimination needs
• perform light housekeeping, room straightening, laundry, and bed linen changes
• provide medication reminders
• follow infection control procedures and the plan of care
• document services
• observe and report changes in condition or family situation
• follow visit schedules and communicate schedule changes
• attend required in-services and meetings.
