What you'll do

• Establish staffing patterns and schedules for nurses and nursing assistants
• advise human resources of staffing needs and employee changes
• interpret HR policies for nursing staff
• help secure coverage for absences and leaves
• maintain leave and absence records
• assist with uniform policy administration
• coordinate training classes with the Director of Nursing
• assist with the QAPI process.
