What you'll do

• Supervise and direct Armed Security Officers
• conduct shift briefings and guard mount activities
• coach and mentor personnel
• ensure posts are staffed and compliant with contract requirements and post orders
• coordinate staffing adjustments
• inspect posts and personnel
• lead responses to incidents and emergencies
• document incidents
• conduct patrols, access control, facility checks, visitor management, and screening
• assist with traffic control and special security operations.
