What you'll do

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to improve online revenue, conversion, average order value, and retention
• manage Shopify platform operations, listings, pricing, promotions, merchandising, search, navigation, and content
• partner with marketing on SEO, paid search, email, affiliate, display, and social campaigns
• analyze traffic, sales, customer behavior, and conversion funnels
• coordinate with IT, web development, and UX teams on site performance and usability
• monitor competitors, trends, feedback, and technology
• prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for senior leadership.
