Bilingual Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• build relationships through phone and email
• maintain a contact strategy
• identify cross-selling opportunities
• follow up on quotes, orders, and account needs
• collaborate with outside sales and internal teams
• record interactions and opportunities in the CRM
• review account activity
• resolve issues with partner teams
• and assist with pricing and order requests.
