What you'll do

• Lead development, execution, and evaluation of the compliance program
• identify regulatory, operational, and clinical risks and develop mitigation plans
• oversee compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state hospice regulations, CHAP standards, HIPAA, and applicable requirements
• maintain survey readiness
• oversee audit and inquiry responses
• conduct internal audits of records, billing, and operations
• update policies and procedures
• design compliance training
• manage investigations and corrective actions
• develop compliance reporting
• lead compliance personnel.

Why this role

Minimum five years of healthcare compliance leadership experience and knowledge of hospice regulations required; bachelor’s degree and CHC or related certification preferred. Reports to the Chief People Officer.
