Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily property operations, tenant relations, leasing, maintenance, and administration
• respond to tenant inquiries and requests
• show units, conduct screenings, and prepare lease agreements
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
• assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up
• coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with staff and contractors
• maintain property financial, leasing, and work-order records
• coordinate vendors
• monitor relevant market and legal requirements.
