What you'll do

• Coordinate transportation requests and track vehicle movement
• process redemption requests and release documentation
• coordinate key replacement requests
• communicate with agents, storage facilities, transport providers, lenders, and consumers
• monitor service-level agreements and escalate aging accounts
• review invoices, process charges, resolve discrepancies, reconcile payments, and support month-end billing and reporting
• maintain records and compliance documentation.
