What you'll do

• Manage large hospital and health system partner accounts and value-based contracts
• set account strategy with senior leadership
• lead business development and relationship management
• provide direction to operations teams and subject matter experts
• manage account financial performance and ACO profit and loss
• lead local or multi-state ACO boards
• develop new physician-practice partnerships
• support onboarding and direct-report development
• travel up to 50% as needed.
