What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and team members across multiple locations
• drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion
• oversee P&L performance, cost control, and revenue growth
• ensure operational and brand standards
• visit stores to evaluate performance, coach, and ensure compliance
• improve processes
• support new store openings and renovations
• partner with Regional Managers and marketing
• lead meetings and training
• conduct performance reviews and corrective actions.
