Information Technology Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• set up equipment for new hires and replace out-of-warranty equipment
• track infrastructure metrics and report discrepancies
• support client relationships and integrations
• maintain systems and networks
• respond to service requests and help-desk tickets
• diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
• prepare equipment for shipping
• follow HIPAA and privacy requirements when accessing protected health information.
