What you'll do

• Lead and support blasting, industrial painting, glassing support, and final finishing activities
• coordinate work assignments and workflow
• provide technical leadership in surface preparation, coating application, and paint quality
• coach and develop team members
• monitor work in process and help resolve throughput or quality issues
• support training and cross-training
• and serve as a backup to the Finishing Supervisor when needed.
