Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Chagrin Falls, OH. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The position is part-time at Eliza at Chagrin, an assisted living community whose mission is to affirm older adults’ dignity and support their quality of life. The coordinator prepares and facilitates safe, engaging activities, encourages resident participation, and provides companionship and emotional support. The role helps nurture residents’ physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual well-being.

What you'll do

• Prepare activity spaces and supplies
• contribute to activity development
• facilitate safe and pleasant activities and encourage participation
• accompany residents on field trips and drive when needed
• submit activity ideas and assist with the community calendar
• visit with residents and provide companionship and emotional support
• confer with nurses about resident health status
• maintain safe and sanitary activity conditions
• use computers, iPads, and streaming services.
