What you'll do

• Oversee the Harvey maintenance team’s workflow
• keep plant and equipment operating to planned production capacity and required product quality
• ensure maintenance work is performed safely
• coordinate with operations and other departments
• oversee work and materials management processes
• monitor progress against plans and schedules
• maintain work orders and documentation
• guide the maintenance team
• support continuous improvement
• review timecards and resolve issues
• schedule mechanics, including overtime
• comply with environmental, health, and safety procedures.
