Behavior Technician (BT) — Applied Behavior Analysis

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Milford, Massachusetts, providing one-on-one therapy in children’s homes and at centers. Pay is $25–$28 per hour. Under BCBA supervision, the technician implements behavior support plans, provides ABA therapy, and tracks behavior and skill acquisition. What you'll do

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• collect data on behavior and skill acquisition
• conduct discrete trials and implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
