Line Server

Job overview

The Line Server role is onsite at Aubergine Kitchen’s Park City, UT location. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, with a stated $1 increase to the guaranteed rate plus gas reimbursement for travel to the location. The restaurant is closed Sundays and schedules shifts Monday through Saturday. The server prepares and plates dishes to the restaurant’s consistency and presentation standards, follows dietary restrictions, and supports guests and teammates. The role also includes station setup, sanitation, restocking, and assistance with orders and dishwashing when needed.

What you'll do

• Set up, stock, and rotate the production line using FIFO
• portion and plate dishes to standards and follow dietary restrictions
• occasionally deliver dishes to guest tables
• clean and sanitize the station and dining area
• restock supplies
• help with online and catering orders and dishwashing as needed.

Why this role
