Construction Manager, USACE Sentinel Program

The Construction Manager, USACE Sentinel Program role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with compensation of $60–$86 per hour. This role supports federal construction projects by managing contract modification activities and reviewing contractor plans, submittals, schedules, and performance. It helps the team assess progress, address project documentation, and provide recommendations to the contracting officer’s representative.

What you'll do

• Manage reviews of contractor plans, schedules, and technical submittals and provide recommendations to the COR
• assist with scopes of work, independent government estimates, and modification documentation
• monitor schedule progress and advise of potential delays
• support RFI and submittal responses and payment estimate preparation.
