Concierge, Evening and Weekends

What you'll do

• Answer and route telephone calls and take accurate messages
• greet and direct visitors
• assist residents with information and sign-out procedures
• help coordinate residents’ medical appointments and transportation
• receive and distribute mail
• maintain an organized lobby and reception area
• provide administrative support
• schedule resident work orders with maintenance and housekeeping
• assist with recruitment tasks and supply inventories
• report unsafe conditions.
