What you'll do

• Maintain accurate candidate records
• manage an assigned business market and candidate application pipeline
• contact applicants and move them through Greenhouse stages
• conduct initial phone screens
• schedule qualified candidates for final interviews with a recruiter
• post requisitions to job boards and audit active requisitions
• participate in recurring progress meetings
• perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
