What you'll do
- Serve existing personal lines customers
- handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, certificates, and other service requests
- review policies for potential coverage needs
- assist with renewals and retention
- communicate by phone, email, and in person
- maintain customer and policy records
- follow agency procedures and carrier requirements
- follow up on outstanding requests
- identify opportunities to round accounts and cross-sell insurance products
- and help resolve customer concerns.
