What you'll do

• Process ticket sales and exchanges, including subscriptions, group sales, gift certificates, and discounts
• reconcile daily cash and card transactions
• assist with will-call and patron check-in
• provide information about performances, policies, pricing, seating, parking, and accessibility
• support ticket and subscription sales
• communicate patron needs and complaints to management
• protect patron and payment information
• accommodate accessibility and seating requests
• and assist with data entry, reports, and mailing projects.
