IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineer role is onsite in Bellevue, WA. Compensation is $28–$37 per hour. The position supports PRIME’s information technology function at an electrical construction and services company. The role provides first-line technical assistance and maintains computer, software, and network resources so employees can work effectively across offices and remote jobsites. It diagnoses issues, deploys equipment, and helps users resolve support requests.

What you'll do

• Diagnose computer problems
• monitor processing systems
• install hardware and software and test equipment and programs
• provide technical assistance for computer, software, and hardware issues
• triage incoming tickets and respond in person, by phone, or email
• install workstations and train end users when needed
• build, deploy, and clean computers and mobile devices
• assist with setup and troubleshooting for remote jobsites and offices
• maintain technology inventory
• follow internal procedures and the PRIME Safety Program
• travel to other offices, worksites, and local errands as needed.
