• Clean offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entrances, and common areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• remove waste
• sanitize surfaces
• replenish supplies
• perform minor building repairs
• report hazards and damage
• assist with preventive maintenance
• maintain exterior areas
• and help with seasonal property upkeep.
