What you'll do

• Respond to fire, rescue, medical, hazardous-materials, aircraft-related, and other emergencies
• perform firefighting, rescue, patient care, and incident stabilization
• assess emergencies and assist with response strategies
• provide EMT-scope medical care
• support search and rescue, evacuation, and patient transport
• operate firefighting and rescue equipment
• assist with hazardous-materials response
• complete reports, inspections, training records, and inventories
• support fire prevention and pre-fire planning.
