What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers
• maintain job postings
• advise hiring teams on selection, interviewing, and TA practices
• support a positive candidate experience
• build relationships with schools and organizations
• represent LRS at career fairs, community events, and conferences
• develop sourcing strategies and assist with talent programs, including the internship program.
