What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable, cash application, reconciliations, collections, aging reports, and payment discrepancies
• monitor customer credit exposure and support credit-limit reviews
• process vendor invoices, expenses, payment runs, and tax payments
• reconcile vendor statements and marketplace settlements
• use NetSuite and related platforms to maintain records and investigate discrepancies
• support monthly close, documentation, and internal controls.
