Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — In-Home and Community-Based ABA

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Duluth, GA, with part-time employment and pay of $25–$30 per hour. Achievements ABA Therapy provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor, the RBT delivers interventions and records behavior and skill-acquisition progress to support client care and communication among the care team.

What you'll do

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy
• provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles
• collect behavior and skill-acquisition data in Rethink software
• communicate progress to behavior analysts and coordinators
• complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records.
