What you'll do

• Handle service inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels
• use active listening and de-escalation strategies for escalations
• assist with licensing applications and electronic fingerprint processing
• troubleshoot general customer support technical questions
• document interactions in the CRM
• complete class-processing administration and student data entry
• handle deposits and cash transactions
• maintain the facility and supplies
• confirm class schedules with instructors and assist with inventory counts.
