Operations Director

What you'll do

• Lead CNC machine shop operations
• establish expectations and a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
• direct machining, programming, production, quality, maintenance, and support personnel
• ensure resources meet customer requirements
• resolve technical machining issues
• improve cycle time, tool life, throughput, and quality
• oversee weld shop, tooling assembly, and manufacturing readiness.
