Security Officer — Part-Time Unarmed Hospital Patrol

The Security Officer role is onsite in Cleveland, OH. Pay is $16 per hour. The schedule is Wednesday and Saturday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. The role supports security and customer service at a healthcare location. What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• follow site procedures, hospital policies, and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, patient care areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• provide directions
• report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations
• prepare incident reports and communicate with hospital staff and leadership.
