The role prepares operational processes and people for a new Warehouse Management System and helps maintain and improve existing warehouse systems. It coordinates training, system design, testing, and go-live support to promote effective adoption and reduce process issues.

What you'll do

• Understand distribution center operational processes for the new WMS design
• lead training strategy and curriculum
• guide a team through go-live and hypercare
• oversee standard operating procedures, quick reference guides, training content, and training environments
• coordinate training plans
• develop training metrics
• learn system configuration processes
• assist with testing and system design.
