What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day CSE services, including crisis response, shelter, advocacy, and drop-in services
• maintain program policies and service standards
• coordinate services across locations and partners
• supervise and coach program managers and supervisors
• ensure compliance, documentation, data collection, and reporting
• monitor outcomes and prepare for audits and quality reviews.
